All projects are individually analyzed and price-quotes are determined by the level of editing required, the length of the document, the level of research needed, and the due date. All categories provide superior levels of service and artistic expert editing.
Educational Course Development and Copywriting: Creating specific documents or projects from the ground up. We will research a topic for you, and/or work with materials supplied to us by your business.We are willing to perform self-directed research as needed to generate the copy and to work closely with your appointed faculty or promotional team. Prices are determined by individual project; and we are happy to entertain flat rate offers for sales letters, direct mail packages, online courses or other projects. For Direct Marketing pieces, Impact Writing requires a 1 cent per piece royalty on all projects that become a control for your company.
Heavy Editing: Documents that have basic concepts conveyed but essentially need to be rewritten in grammatically correct form with diverse language and organization to institute flow. ESL documents often fall into this category and sometimes may require additional research with the company for the writer to properly convey the meaning intended.
Medium-light Editing: Documents that have complex concepts conveyed but typically only need moderate to light grammatical and organizational changes. Approximately $75 per 500 words. We utilize word counts from the original text so that there is never a worry that editors will be unnecessarily wordy at your expense. If a significant higher word count is needed to help convey meaning, permissions from the submitter are obtained and then the new word count utilized for billing.
Turn-a-round Time: Clients can expect their deadlines to be met on time, every time. We ask that manuscripts be submitted to us with adequate time to meet expected due dates. With deadlines that require a 24-72 hour turn-a-round an additional $50 will be added to the standard fee.
Translation Service: If you don’t have a translator in-house, we would be happy to work with your hired translator or one of our translation partners. Translation fees, if needed, would be applied separately from the editing rates.
Graphics Design: If you are in need of graphics design services we would be happy to coordinate with our graphics design partner, Netta Radice Design, Inc. Graphic Design fees, if needed, would be applied separately from the editing rates.
